ORDERING/PROCESSING

How do I order your coffee?
You can order our coffee through our web site, www.caringcup.org. Simply select 'order now' and follow instructions to complete your order. Or call us at 1-888-376-2777

I placed an order, but received a message that the transaction did not go through or was not allowed after I submitted my order. Why did this happen and what should I do?
There are a variety of reasons why this may have occurred. Your credit card information may have been mistyped, the secure online order page could have timed you out for security reasons if you were on the page for an extended period of time, or your address may not have matched the address associated with the card you attempted to pay with.

Double-check your credit card information to make sure it matches what you have entered. Also, make sure your address matches the address associated with the card you are paying with. If you have checked your information and have tried ordering again, but you still are having trouble, please contact Coffee Legends at coffeelegend@cs.com and an associate will assist you or call 1-888-376-2777

I did not receive a confirmation e-mail. What should I do?
Contact Coffee Legends with your name, date the order was submitted, and if available, your order confirmation number. We will confirm if the order went through.

How can I check the status of an order?
Please allow 5-7 days for processing after your order has been placed. After the normal turnaround time has past, you may check on your order by contacting Coffee Legends at coffeelegend@cs.com. Please make sure to mention why you are writing and include your name, date of order, and order confirmation number.

I received a duplicate charge on my credit card? Why did this happen?
When the submit button is hit twice or the back button is used while an order is processing, this may result in a duplicate charge. Please contact Coffee Legends if you received a duplicate charge in error.

SHIPPING, HANDLING, AND TAXES

How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Normal shipping turnaround is usually between 5-7 business days depending on your local mail service. Holiday Shipping: Around the holidays please allow an extra 4-6 business days for fulfillment and shipping.

How much does shipping & handling cost?
We have a standard $5.00 per order shipping and handling fee for all coffee orders. If your order is needed sooner than standard shipping, please call us at 1-888-376-2777

Return policy?
We guarantee that you'll love our coffee. If you find you aren't 100% satisfied we will make it right. Please contact coffeelegends@cs.com for customer service.
